Terms of Service

Scope of Services:

The coach (Maria Udvardi-Gocs) provides professional coaching, mentoring, and consulting services, including but not limited to life coaching, business coaching, resilience coaching, and change management consulting. The scope of each service will be outlined and agreed upon at the beginning of the engagement.

Responsibilities of the Coach/Mentor/Consultant:

The coach undertakes not to disclose any confidential data or information to any third party. Confidential information received in writing or personally recorded by the coach must be kept securely to prevent unauthorized access. She is committed to using all available techniques and means to the maximum benefit of the client. If unable to provide professional support to the agreed target, she will appoint another coach. Confidentiality may be waived if a risk of harm to the coach or others becomes apparent, in which case professional advice will be sought.

Liability of the Client:

The client acknowledges full responsibility for their physical and mental health during and between appointments. All steps and actions taken by the client during the process are their own responsibility. The client agrees to inform the coach if they are receiving therapeutic treatment or are under the influence of medication.

Session Scheduling and Duration:

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Each session typically lasts [duration 60 minutes]. Clients are encouraged to reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice to avoid incurring fees. A fee of 60 minutes will be charged for appointments canceled within 24 hours.

Fees and Method of Payment:

Fees for coaching and consulting services will be communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of services. Payment is due after each meeting, transferred to the specified account. Clients may not claim reimbursement of sums already paid. Fees apply for missed appointments without justification and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Confidentiality and Data Protection:

We take all technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data you provide to us, ensuring it cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties. For very sensitive data and information, we recommend using postal services for full data security.

Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date must be settled in full.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by and construed following the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Basel, Swirterland.

Changes to Terms:

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Clients will be notified of any significant changes and are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
